Refund policy

Damaged or defective prints: email us a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund at no cost. Because prints are made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. Instant digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, but we'll fix any file issue. Custom crest orders: you can cancel for a full refund any time before we begin your design. Once your first proof has been sent, your order moves into revisions and is no longer refundable. Proofs are watermarked previews; full-resolution files are delivered after final approval.
