How your custom order works

1. Choose your package and place your order. Use an email address you check regularly so we can discuss your design and send your files.
2. Send us your design brief. After checkout, use our contact form with your order number and the same email address used for your order. Include the surname or name for the crest, your motto (if any), preferred colors, and the symbols or parts of your story you want included. You can describe your heritage, hometown, career, service, or family values. If you are unsure, tell us what matters most to you.
3. Review your proof. We will discuss your brief and send watermarked digital proofs for you to review. Send your requested changes together in one message for each revision round. Your package includes the number of concepts and revision rounds listed above.
4. Approve your crest and receive your files. Once you approve the final design, your completed files are delivered digitally to the email address used for your order. This is a made-to-order design service, not an instant download.

Printed products: Canvas, flags, blankets, and patches are separate purchases unless your package explicitly includes a physical item. Contact us with your crest order number before ordering personalized merchandise so we can confirm the artwork and product details.
